The mission is to create awareness that child abuse cannot be tolerated and to help prevent future generations of victims and abusers; to break the cycle of family violence. Without early intervention, victims often go on to have significant emotional or behavioral problems, which can have life-long consequences. Visit GrownUpDenver.org for a list of talent and more information.

Art in the City, first Friday Art Event Series a finalist
for CBCA'S Innovation in the Arts Award.

Art in the City,
is a showcase of local artistic talent for arts and cultural patrons. Art enthusiasts now have a hot spot to continue the party after the galleries close.

First Friday is Denver’s nickname for local gallery walks that occur on the first Friday evening of every month. Art lovers typically walk through several downtown Denver galleries until closing time around 9pm. Art in the City, began as an 'after hours' destination. Art in the City gained popularity for being the top gathering place for arts and culture mavens.
